Support Post Options
With your slide, you can choose to include support posts and hardware or not. For commercial playground installs, the support posts are necessary for anchoring the slide to the ground. This will prolong the life of the slide and keep it firmly installed, safe from vandalism or rough play.
- No Supports - this option will be for the slide only (please note, this slide will not work with existing supports unless they are from the same manufacturer)
- In-Ground Supports - this is the most common option for playgrounds and will work for outdoor installs. These supports will be concreted 4 ft into the ground.
- Surface-Mounted Supports - these support posts will accommodate indoor installs or over a hard surface that is suitable for anchoring. This option will include a baseplate.
