I cannot believe how hard
I cannot believe how hard it was to replace the boot! I took apart the universal joint to try to pull the boot on. It was on of the hardest things I have done this year. Without my extensive tool chest it would have never been changed.

I wound up having to
I wound up having to stretch the boot over the lower swivel. Surprisingly it stretched without damage, and returned to it's original shape well. It's thick and heavy, designed for sunlight exposure I assume, so I imagine it will last many years before requiring replacement. It's equivalent or better than the price I paid for it.
